Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are allowed for size or defective/damaged items, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or an alternate product.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof for verification.

Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.

Return Shipping
